Split Peas Soup
Ingredients
- 500 g dried split peas
- 4-5

- 2 onion, finely chopped

Method
- Prep the
- Prepare beans in a pressure cooker (30-40 min ,
stufe22)rings), keep the liquid for the soup later. CutFryonion, carrot (slices or any), capsicum (small pieces). Fryonion in the pan,start withuntil onionuntilstartsgolden,tothenyellow.- Add carrots, celery, continue frying while constantly stirring.
- In a pot, add
the rest. Optionally, can add small tomato or celery in the pan. Given boullion (precooked, or from powder) with or without meat (chicken), addstock, peas, potatoes, andfriedingredientsmix.from
the pan.- Let it cook for 20
minsminutes on small heat, until thesmallpotatoesheat.are ready. AddSeasondillwithinsalt,thepepper,end.and dill.
