Method
Prep the
Prepare beans in
a pressure cooker (30-40 min ,
stufe2 2)rings), keep the liquid for the soup later.
CutFry onion, carrot (slices or any), capsicum (small pieces). Fryonion in the pan,
start withuntil onion
untilstarts golden,to thenyellow.
Add carrots, celery, continue frying while constantly stirring.
In a pot, add
the rest. Optionally, can add small tomato or celery in the pan.
Given boullion (precooked, or from powder) with or without meat (chicken), addstock, peas, potatoes, and
friedingredients mix.from the pan.
Let it cook for 20
minsminutes on
small heat, until the
smallpotatoes heat.are ready.
AddSeason dillwith insalt, thepepper, end.and dill.
