Peas Soup

300 gr peas (halves)

4-5 potatoes

1 onion

1 big carrot (2 medium)

1 capsicum (small-medium)

bouillon

dill

ablauf:

  1. Prepare beans in pressure cooker (30-40 min , stufe 2), keep the liquid for the soup later.
  2. Cut onion, carrot (slices or any), capsicum (small pieces). Fry in the pan, start with onion until golden, then add the rest. Optionally, can add small tomato or celery in the pan.
  3. Given boullion (precooked, or from powder) with or without meat (chicken), add peas, potatoes, and fried mix. 
  4. Let it cook for 20 mins on the small heat.
  5. Add dill in the end.
